Projections from Moody's Economy.com listed Sarasota as 9th in a list of the 20 healthiest housing markets in the United States through 2012 for jobs, price appreciation, population growth and income growth. A list from Realtor.com of 15 cities where listing prices are rebounding shows Sarasota as 6th on the list. All good news for house prices in our area. - Pat
